Rosie's Place of Boston is one of several sister nonprofits I brought on to partner with School on Wheels. In this case, in addition to best practices, hundreds of complementary online ESL (English as a Second Language) courses and ESL materials were donated for migrant families arriving at our shelters. Fostering command for the English language often begins with the parent or guardian.
